Project Profile

Having travelled to Europe, clients had liking & affinity towards having a european style of architecture which evenually was brought to reality with help of architects onboard. The client had four-bedroom home with enough public spaces to host several socials. Three generations were to live together in this bungalow, with all of them enjoying the company of guests at home -“a teenage boy, a young couple and elderly in-laws—all with a robust social life” as quoted the architect.

All Automatic brought in the flavour of products & brands which suited their taste as well as the aesthetics of european settings brought in by the architect.

Having 3 generations staying in the huge abode, key was to bring technology to life with an ease of access to all as well. Eventually with all the expertise, All Automatic were able to achieve, what was promised for!

Project Challenges

A huge double heighted structure at the entrance called for beautiful controlled lighting to enhance the beauty of the porch walkway. But having said that, the lighting planning was a challenge in a way where the controls were to be placed at G.Floor but mounting of lights were right at the top. Since the roof was inclined, planning of wires in such a way that they are hidden and could easily allow access of decentralised control system, was a challenge. With proper planning and expertise, it was made possible.


Plannning of wall junctions and trap-door junctions and aesthetics of it was made to camouflage with the interior style of the house.


European style windows have a sleek rim which gives hardly any room for fixtures of locks and fittings which are needed for automation. The possiblity of fixing door locks with minimal space cover was a key feature of our expertise.



All in all, we worked our way towards making things possible by customising it to fit the aesthetic and user needs.

Special Features

01 FLYOUT FEATURE

A flyout feature, as we say it was an interesting feature we added to the experience of living in terms of technology wherein touch screen keypads were installed in all the rooms. The feature enabled quick control access of lighting, music, security etc to the users specific to the room.

02 VOICE COMMAND

Alexa Controlled Automation was added to Aural experience of the space. For the ease of access for the elderly, voice command system proved to be very efficient.
